We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 8 days of your purchase. If 8 days have elapsed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind, what arrives after this time is considered a quality guarantee and you have the right to a single change of garment, after we make a study that verifies that the garment is not altered or mistreated.

Refunds and exchanges Eligibility

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

Late Refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
